Defective concrete was removed from slab surfaces, soffits, ledge beams, columns, and shear walls. Repair materials were applied in accordance with approved repair procedures.
Roof slab overburden removal, waterproofing, and expansion joint replacement
Existing overburden was removed to allow access for waterproofing works. Expansion joints were replaced, and overburden reinstated upon completion.
