What we did?

Rehabilitation of the Parking Garage Entrance/Exit Ramp

The existing ramp surface and components were removed to expose the base structure.
All damaged areas were repaired to restore the ramp to required performance standards.

Surface preparation and hot rubber waterproofing for ramp base

The ramp base was mechanically prepared, including shotblasting, to achieve a clean profile.
Hot rubber waterproofing was applied to provide a continuous and durable moisture barrier.



Installation of heating cables and concrete with half-moon finish

New heating cables were installed and tested prior to concrete placement.
Concrete was poured and finished with a half-moon texture to ensure slip resistance and durability.
