What we did?



Concrete repairs

We removed damaged and loose concrete from balcony slabs and edges, treated exposed reinforcement, and reinstated the repaired areas using appropriate repair materials.

Waterproofing

We applied a waterproofing system to the balcony surfaces and joints to prevent water ingress and protect the concrete from future deterioration.



Painting

We prepared the repaired surfaces and applied protective paint coatings to achieve a uniform finish and provide long-term protection against weather exposure.
